Help with Yahoo! mail?

Yahoo mail account has been disabled!!?? help please?

  • IT seems i can log in to yahoo answers but not my yahoo mail!! About 2 weeks ago my account had been hacked i called up 3 times! and yahoo froze my account so the hacker has no access and promised to send a temporary password yet i waited for more than 4 days i did not receive it. I called up and they gave it to me on the phone. I went to my yahoo sign in changed my password works well i CAN sign in BUT I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY YAHOO MAIL! Error code : Your Yahoo! Mail Account is no longer active. Unfortunately, we cannot reactivate your account because: Your Yahoo! Mail account has been disabled. Please contact user support" what the heck should i do??? call them back again i did and the one i talked to told me to send a email to the yahoo help can u beileve it and i did and they answered back saying you must send an email to the verification team which i did but no answer till now and i sent yahoo another email im so mad and sad i had this email for a long time i hope they didn't delete my mail account and just froze it
