How do I stop malicious e-mails?

Yahoo blocks all emails from a company that I do business with, how do I make it stop?

• I do business with a company and they send me emails quite frequently. The problem is that I never get the emails. If they send the same email to a gmail, live or hotmail, it works fine, but when they send it to yahoo it never shows up. It does not show up in the spam box, it does not show up in inbox and it does not show up in deleted. I have added the email address that the emails are coming from as a contact and I have sent emails to that email address, still I do not receive emails from the. I called the company to ask them about this and they tell me that it is a common problem and that anyone using Yahoo does not get emails from them and they recommend that the people switch to other email providers. Is there a way for me to add that company's email to a safe sender's list for me personally or for that company to do something that makes their emails get to yahoo accounts?
