What do I do to stop email spam?

What can i do to stop all the spam mail and junk mail I recieve in my Yahho email accounts?

  • I have been using Yahoo email for the better part of 10 years,from the time i originally opened a email account with yahoo i have recieved this stuff and I`m at the point where I don`t even want to use your email service.Please tell me what I can do? Does yahoo have a anti spam program I can download or is this some thing I have put up with?Please tell me something.Thank you for your time and patience in this. Conrad McGoldrick

    the only real cure is to not have internet..I know it's VERY frustrating. I have to empty my bulk every time I check my inbox..I get at least 300 spam every day..I don't know what to tell you.If most of them come from one address or have certain topics like gambling or sex, etc, you can go in to filters and options and send it to trash auto but other than that..I don't know..do NOT click any link that says click here to unsubscribe..it tells them your addy is valid and will double your spam.
