This is fake. This is called Ghana/ Nigeria lottery fraud so Forget about it and Enjoy your life. If you will send your details, they will contact you and demand for some money by making different excuses and after 2-3 demand, they will disappear :) :)

most likely a fraud! they will most likely follow up with a request that you deposit a certain amount to cover administrative and processing fee and once you paid up, they just disappear.
