What are the closed/defunct Yahoo! services?

Is the below mail from Yahoo web services genuine?Has anyone got this mail before?Is this SPAM?should i reply?

    Do not send any of your personal information,passwords,Date of Birth.Yahoo will never ask you to confirm your password or details.Its a SPAM.Delete it and do not respond as its typically is a phising SCAM just to trick users into responding with their personal details and passwords! This is a fake. This is spoofing. Yahoo does some dumb things sometimes, but they will NEVER ask for this type of information. If you received an email impersonating Yahoo! and would like to report it please forward the email to: [email protected]. If you have already been tricked into giving your password, please visit http://security.yahoo.com/article.html?a... and follow the instructions there. SCAM just hit the SPAM button do not open it just confirms your email address and you will get a lot more spam. Never give out your personal info to any of these places. It is a phishing scam to steal your identity. Hope this helps!!!

DO NOT reply. This is a phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It's not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
