When you block someone from your messenger can they still send you emails?

Do you think on Yahoo Mail that there is a way to Block receiving Mails from someone ?

  • the issue is: I tried to add someone on my messenger list who is also use Yahoo account, But that person ignored me. then I started to send that one many E-mails, it always say " successful sent ". but also it is so silent. (No Replay) I'm wondering dose that person receive my e mails Or that person made something that blocked my E-mails.So that person can't find my emails ? by the way that person is forced to ignore me.... & If it so. So what about 360 is there a way to block the sending message, although it also say " successful sent ".
