It's a scam and not from Yahoo. Yahoo will never address you by Dear Yahoo Member - you are always addresed by your full name. Yahoo never spells their name without the ! in any correspondence so you know this is not from Yahoo!. And if you look in your Inbox and there is no purple Y! logo to the left of the message, then it's more proof it's not from Yahoo Fill out a Yahoo Abuse form to report this to Yahoo for investigation http://help.yahoo.com/l/uk/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/abuse.html
