How to block an email?

How to block the junk email..ive been tired with such email alla bout money...how to clean from them?

• like email came to my inbox is...winning the lottery n all that type..i have put them to my blocker address...but they keep came..how to really block them...i've been tired with all this...n i ever think that i close this account..but is lovely coz i been use this id n email for a long time...hope there be a good answer to response.....

  I you are using Yahoo Mail, make sure the spamguard is on. (click Help, Mail Options and then Spam and make sure spamguard is turned on). After that Yahoo automatically moves known spam to the spam folder. When spam sneaks into your inbox just check the box next to it and hit the Spam button. Yahoo learns from this what you consider spam. It is important to look at your spam folder because sometimes advertisements that you might want get in there. If that happens open that piece of mail and click the Not Spam button so that Yahoo knows you want to see this in the future.
