There is no such lottery. There is NO lottery giving away huge sums of money to someone who didn't buy a lottery ticket. That should have told you right off that this is fake. A scam. It's been going on for years. It's spam.
There is no such lottery. It is a scam to get your account number to steal from you. Even if you don't give them enough information to dip into your bank account, they will get a pretty good chunk of money if you call, because all +44-70 numbers are scams. The +44 is the U.K. country code. So far no problem. However, when it is followed by 70 that is an international redirect at your expense. If you give them your cell phone number, that will be infested with SMS spam. If you email them, they will have your name associated with your email address for additional spamming that will make the scams harder to recognize as such, because they will look more "personal". Yahoo, Google, and Microsoft are competitors. The only real lotteries that can be won without buying a ticket or making a purchase involve entry procedures that at minimum run you through a lot of advertising and product exposure. No one drops money on you just to remind you that Yahoo, Google, and Microsoft exist. Also, real lotteries do not notify winners by email. No real lottery collects a handling or delivery fee from the winners.

It is probably fake. Criminals often use the names of familiar companies to gain your trust so they can steal your money without you even realizing you have been robbed until much later. Also if you did not enter the lottery personal then you can't win. Lotteries don't just pick people at random to be entered.
