Trouble Sending/receiving Emails?

I have just made this email account, and i am having trouble sending/receiving emails. When i send an email to my Hotmail account, it simply bounces back. When i send an email to this account with my hotmail account, it bounces back... is this because i am using a brand new account? whats going on

A number of things you can try include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history. Some find that a return to classic mail improves things. You could also try an alternative browser.
