How do i retrieve email which was sent to spam guard in yahoo?

i have very important emails that my friend had sent to spam by accident and i am desperately trying to retrieve it. do you know how to retrieve it? i have tried to remember what was on that page by using advanced search but that was useless. help meeee!!!!!!!!!!! thanks

I guess it's in the 'spam folder' on the left side just under the 'Sent' folder
