How do you get rid of spam on msn?

How can I stop this sleazy Spam email?

• Look below at this spam email I copy/pasted from my yahoo mail. I get one or 2 of these EVERY DAY in a diferent name and wording but obviously they're all coming from the same source. I always click Spam to delete them but they never stop. This has been going on for months now and its annoying. Why can't Yahoo stop something like this? What can I do without eliminating my email address which I rely on for business? Hope you can help.
