No one legitimate will ever ask you for your password in an email. Or provide a link, in an email, that takes you directly to a log in page. Its always someone trying to break into your account. Other answers

I would say that it's fake considering reputable companies never ask for your password over e-mail, and that it says "All yahoo.com User Should Reply Now !!!" which is improper grammar and looks quite suspicious.

It`s fake. Quite simple - a virus in 'your account' is 'a virus on a yahoo server' - basically something you cannot do yourself, but they will run a scan and clean it. Then - NO MAIL PROVIDER, REALLY NOT A SINGLE ONE - will ask you your password in an email. They already know it - otherwise no one would be able to sign in online. Another - they ask for your email. Duh! Another - they ask for your username. Duh! Any legitimate Yahoo mail - official mail from Yahoo itself - you can identify by the purple Y in front of it when it`s in your inbox.
