How do you unblock websites? (I've tried proxys but they just don't work)?

My mom blocked a website for a reason, but I don't really know why, its not a bad website. She blocked it and I really want to go on that website. People say to go on a proxy but I really don't know how to use a computer too well, and it's really confusing. Can someone please help me?!!!

Whenever I come across a website that's blocked I use: http://www.easyhiding.com http://www.proxyfinders.net They're always unblocked, and let me go on any website I need to go on. Since you need some help, I'll try give you a hand.. All you have to do is type in the website where you want to go near the bottom of the page where it says URL. Press 'Go Go Go' or 'Browse' button next to it and it will send you to the site that's blocked. Hope this helps!
