How To Check Whether An Email Exists?

Why does is my email deleting messages before they even show up in my inbox.?

• ive been trying to get a new password for my account on a different site, and the site says its sending the message, but when i check my email its not there. its not even in the spam folder and i have the spam folder set to only empty once per week. i have tried adding the email address to my contacts but no luck. and i know its sending the mail because i get a notification on my phone saying i got a new mail. but by the time i click on it, it no longer exists in my inbox. i even waited until a day after adding the contact to my email and tried again, but still no luck. please help me out.

  Sometimes the simplest of fixes work wonders such as type the F5 key to refresh the page clears up a lot of troubles,if not then try this. Type these 3 keys together Ctrl+Shift+Delete and in the window that appears Tick the top box "Preserve Favourite website data" you should now have the top 4 boxes ticked,then click on Delete That will clear out your browser cache and is usually enough to fix most problems.
