If a representative from the company doesn't show up to court, you automatically win the judgment. It doesn't cost much and you don't need an attorney. All you need is everything pertaining to the transactions with this company, whether it's emails or other correspondence, phone bills showing that you called them, receipts, etc. as evidence.
