Why do I get 2 [email protected] reject notifications for every reject? Sure I never used to.?

I send out a monthly email to around 3500 members and I normally get about 25% rejected. To confuse matters when [email protected] tells me of a reject I get the message twice which is confusing. Other notifications only send one, is there a setting somewhere which I can alter?

It seems that you have duplicated emails on your member list. try to use a search function of a program such as notepad on the list of your members to see if it has duplicated data there.
