How do I contact Yahoo as I am unable to send any e-mails?

Why do I have to enter a stupid letter and number code most times I sen emails and how can we contact yahoo?

every time I try to send emails it asks me to copy stupid crap codes into a box ...why? also how do we contact yahoo when the sign page to contact them does not recognise my birthday as 29/07/1950 come on why not make it impossible to contact them altogether !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It happens on new accounts until Yahoo are satisfied you are not a spam bot. It does not last long usually
