What is yahoo's email to report scams?

Is there a way to report email scams? I have their contact information?

There are police services that look after that kind of deal. However, most of them cannot do anything if the perpetrator is outside their jurisdiction (usually, a country). In the USA the FBI, in Canada the RCMP, etc. However, it is very possible that what you got are not the correct phone number and addresses, as most of these scammers want your information over the internet (and or your money). Below is the FBI site to file a complaint online.

And what do you expect them to do with that information? You think they couldn't get that info on their own? Even if the info were good, the spammers are hidden behind layers and layers of phone cutouts, just like the servers their spam comes from. The only person who will gain anything from your "fun" is the spammer, for now he has your actual email id and address, and probably has already sold it to other spammers several times over. He's MADE his money.
