Definitely spam. The clues are: 1. Did you enter a sweepstakes/lottery? 2. The email is not addressed to you personally. 3. Excessive capitalization and incorrectly constructed sentences. 4. There is a mix up with the claim and to keep it private. 5. That 10% belongs to the promotions company. 6. Etc., etc. IF if sounds too good to be true - it is.
