How do I move an email into my documents folder?

  • I want to move a video email into my documents so I can use it in a powerpoint

    Try right-clicking on the subject line. See if it will let you move it. Try EDIT at the top of the screen to see if you have an option to move it. See if you can "drag and drop" the email by holding down the left mouse button while the cursor is on the subject line. Move it into the folder. Have the folder open when you do this. You can highlite the entire email and go to EDIT and choose COPY. Then go to the folder and right-click and choose PASTE.
