Prize Rebel Prizes not coming?

Prize Rebel is a site that gives away prizes for doing surveys. It is a GPT site. I ordered something on the 2nd of April and it approved on the 3rd. It have been 12 days and still nothing. I know the site isn't a scam since I already have gotten 9 stuffs. It may be that I ordered somthing bigger than usual so it may be stolen since it couldn't fit in the mail box. Any tips on what I should do?

Its usually the sellers fault if something is late... But dude, why wait for stuff?
