How do I block people from giving me spam, junk email, phising scams and loterry scams? I've always careful

• How do I block people from giving me spam, junk email, phising scams and loterry scams? I've always been careful. I've given out my email to close friends and contacts, but recently, within the past three months, I've been receiving a whole load of junk emails, especially, imheritence scams and loterry scams and at least 5 junk emails per day. 1)Where did these people get my email address from? 2)Should I be worried? 3) Can I change my email address? 4) How do i get these people to stop sending me all these probably illegal rubbish?
