How do I block repeated spam mail from going into my spam folder. I keep receiving repeat spam?

    The spam folder is where spam is supposed to go. If you do not want to see an email anywhere then add it to the blocked address list. Click "options ↬ mail options ↬ Blocked Addresses" in left column. ℬ ℋ

There's no reason to stop it at all! It's in the Spam folder for a reason... because it's spam. There's almost NEVER a need to even open that folder! Any email in that folder that's not from a known, trusted source... you DO NOT open them! Don't bother blocking emails that are in that folder. They are already considered blocked just by virtue of being in that folder! You don't even need to empty the Spam folder because Yahoo! empties it for you every 3-4 days or so. Again, ONLY open that folder if you were expecting an email from someone that didn't show up in you InBox. Otherwise, just ignore it as if it wasn't there.

That is what the spam folder is for. It keeps the trash out of your e-mail folder so you wont have to wade through all that trash just to read email.
