How do I permantely block someone from sending me unwanted emails?

I constantly get emails from someone trying to sell me something, I have repeatedly spam them but I stll recieve their emails in my in box.

How to block an address: 1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Yahoo! Mail page. 2. From the list on the left, click Spam. 3. In the middle of this page, in the space provided in the "Blocked Addresses" section, enter the email address from which you don't want to receive mail. 4. Click Add. 5. Click "save changes" at the top of the page. 6. The address now appears on your list of blocked addresses. You may block up to 500 email addresses. You can see how many of your blocked addresses you're using beside the list - for example, 4 of 500 used.
