How do i block someone from sending me emails?

Place their email address as "spam". The filter will block their messages from entering your mailbox. For instance, on Yahoo, you will still have to delete the spam folder, but there you go.

Look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it Options /mail options Click on 'spam' in the list on the left. Then in 'Blocked Email Addresses,' enter the E-mail address you wish blocked, in the box after 'Add a blocked address' and click on the 'add' button, then click on save changes at top left of screen. You will never get mail from that address again.

If you have the email returned, they'll know you did it unless you go through all the effort to change your email address. Best thing you can do is mark the emails as junk and redirect them to your junk items folder.

Just click 'Spam' and it will go directly to spam. Thus being deleted. I know how you feel!
