Who do I report a scam email to?

Who can I report an Email scam to in my yahoo mail account?

• I got one of those emails saying "Someone has died and we are willing to split their bank account with you if you send, blah blah...". It was from Dave Nestor if anyone cares from a hotmail accound if anyone cares. I don't just want to mark it as spam, but to actually report it to yahoo to block further attempts to other users
