I keep marking messages from bchrma.org as Not Spam but they still end up in my Bulk folder. Can you fix it?

Answer:
You need to put the person's address in your Contacts or Address Book. Until you do, it will keep on going to your bulk folder. Mark it not spam, move it to your inbox then copy the address to the address book.
