you can't, unfortunately. your ict support department block websites which are categorised into what they would class as "dangerous" websites to the schools network. its to avoid viruses and any malicious items being downloaded onto your area. it is also to protect the safety of you. if you're desperate to see a particular website that is blocked at school you wil have to do it at home

The strong likelihood is that you cannot unblock it. The computer would probably need someone with what are known as "administrator rights" to be able to do that.

Search "Y o u t u b e i n s c h o o l" with the spaces then theres a website that lets you go on ANY site :D
