How do I delete Yahoo Alerts?

I've received several bogus message alerts, can't delete them, options folder is blocked, what do I do?

I've received several bogus message alerts, can't delete them, options folder is blocked, what do I do? These alerts pop up every time I log in to my Yahoo account. If I open an email, the "message alert" takes over the screen. I can't get to the "options" folder to change messaging options, and can't open any photo attachments without the "message alert" blocking it. I've run all the anti-malware I have and nothing is working. Help?
