How do I stop Facebook from sending me e-mails?

When I try to paste their e-mail address to spam list, I keep getting a message that the blocked address must be like [email protected] or domain.com. Their e-mail says that if I don't wish to receive this type of email from Facebook in the future, I can click on the link below to unsubscribe: http://www.facebook.com/o.php?k=947763&u=100001206021602&mid=2bd12f9G55a9ab281252G140faeG0 . But when I try to follow that link I get to the Facebook sign in page & I do not have an account there neither do I wish to create one! Is there any hope that they'll stop annoying me???

Answer:
Add facebook.com to the blocked list. No @ sign. Just the domain.
