There is spam email going out in my name to people who are in my friends list, what do i do to stop this?

Your contacts list may have been compromised.The best thing to do, Tell your friends not to click on any links in those email,as they will have virus/or worms attached You and your friends will need to do a full spyware scan,and check your contact list for email address/s that shouldn't be there,and remove them.
