Why can't I receive pictures/graphics in my emails?

These days my email cant sent and receive emails but only receive spam and scam emails?

• Hi, everyone i admit that last time i replied a scam email and since then my email account cant receive and sent emails anymore. Instead, i receive many spam and scam emails everyday. the email i'm using is very important to me and i dont wanna to change email address. is there any method to fix the problem?~ thanks~

  I doubt that is possible. Put all contacts in the address book to make sure they get there. There is no way to block only some of your mail.
