How to recover the recycle bin back after you delete it?

How do I Delete files without sending them to the recycle bin first?

  • I've got about 40,000 files that I want to get rid of. Deleting them all at once, or in big bulks, makes the programme "Not responding" and doing it in smaller bulks would take FOREVER. So, is there a way to not send these files to the recycle bin first and 'permanently' delete them. Instead of sending them to the recycle bin and then 'permenantly' deleting them. I don't want to actually make these files 100% permentantly gone, just not in the recycle bin will do me fine! Ta!

  • Answer:

Hit shift and delete at the same time while they are highlighted.

Other answers

Highlight the files, hold down the Shift key, right click, and then choose Delete. That'll just delete w/o sending it to the Recyle Bin.

There is no way to bypass the trash in Yahoo Mail. I am confused about your question. You are in the Yahoo Mail category but refer to the recycle bin. I would recommend switching to the new email if possible. All mail in the inbox is in a single list without multiple pages. You can select all at once and delete. Once moved to the trash just click empty. If you think 40,000 is too much at once just press the shift key and the first and last messages to delete. If you do get a not responding try smaller groups. §
