Why don't Yahoo reply to your emails?

  • I have repeatedly over the last couple of months sent emails to Yahoo regarding spam mail that goes to my junk mail folder. Ok, at least it is going there and not into my in box, but I am receiving hundreds of spurious mail, with some of it from my email address. I have to check it all, well at least the addresses and subjects, so that I don't miss any mail that has been redirected by mistake. Yahoo offer the service of sending them an email but don't have the good grace to respond. Why is this, and how can I sort this problem out? (I have already changed my password)

    American run/controlled websites are only interested in making money from advertising. They do not want to provide a good customer services department as they cost money. Same probolem with eBay. USA corporations are motivated by one thing only, making more money, anything else is an overhead!

Yahoo also uphold Racist questions/answers, they uphold drug taking in the workplace, and also condone online bullying. I have proof too. I have remonstrated with the posters of such things andits me who gets reported and reprimanded. Yahoo are a bunch of C*nts.

I had a similar problem. I just created a new email account and told everyone that needed to know. Problem solved.
