How To Remove Survey?

How do I stop spam when there is no "remove me from your list" option? It started with survey daughter did.

  • I get plain emails from everywhere and click spam, but how do I get off this list cause they just keep coming.

    I did a survey once and it took me several months (+) to undo the damage and get my mail back to normal. The Spam Guard is very effective-----BUT, ONLY if you cooperate. Never,-- EVER,-- never, open any of the spam mail. Most spam mails carry a "web beacon" that notifies the spammers of a valid address, which they can (and do) sell to their cronies----thereby generating "double" the spam and makes it harder (and takes longer) to get control of. You run the risk of getting a virus (to your computer) if you click on any links within a spam mail---and that includes the "unsubscribe " link. Patience and diligence and cooperation is what it's gonna take. Good luck. edit Oh, by the way----no more surveys-----

Do you have an email blocker on your email? Most of them have it. Put in the domain name of the spam and that should automatically delete them when they come in. And sometimes when you hit that "remove me" button, it shows that the email address has a real live person attached to it, so you actually start getting more! It's a pain in the neck, isn't it!?
