How can I retrieve an e-mail address from spam?

Is there anyway retrieve a deleted message out of your spam/bulk folder?

• I sell Avon, and I always provide my email address & phone numbers so people can call/or email their orders. The new customers that I get and email me, their messages go into my bulk folder. I accidentally erased one, but when I "empty" or delete my BULK mail folder, the messages do not go into my trash folder. How can I retrieve that message that I need, but deleted? It's pretty funny that regular email messages go into my BULK/spam folder, but I still get ALOT of SPAM in my inbox? !!! Please help if you can!!! It will be much appreciated!

  I'm very afraid you lost a number of messages permanently... The bulk folder is automatically deleted once told to. The messages do not go to the trash-bin first. When you do run a business using a Yahoo - account, ALWAYS check the bulk folder for legitimate mail. Also check you blocked addresses frequently.
