How do you block E-mails on Hotmail?

Loads of junk emails I get on my hotmail and i can't block them :-S!!what can i do??

• I keep on getting junk mails from certain email addresses, I have ticked them as junk email many times but no matter what i still keep on getting emails from them !!! what can I do??? how come when i send their emails to junk email they still can send me emails??? this is really frustrating !!! please tell me how to block them permanently

  I used to get a ton of spam from Hotmail, so what I did was changed the options so I only receive mail from contacts or people on my safe list. Just to make sure you don't miss anybody, check your junk mail folder for a little while, especially if you make any purchases through amazon or ebay. But that helped a ton, and you won't get any more spam.
