Why do I get failure notice?

The last two days I got 18 are more failure notice of e;mails that I did not send.

They are getting quite clever. The more spam laws they pass.. The more they use OUR email addresses. They come up with a variety of ways. You might end up closing it. Usually they dont use the same one for very long
