Friend's hotmail account sent spam Spanish email, turns hotmail.com (for me) into broken link. Help.?

• Yes, so my friend's hotmail account has sent out spam email in spanish or portugese, and I opened it, and now it has turned hotmail.com into a broken link. It is very difficult to access my hotmail account (in english) and I have to go thru complicated procedures to do so. How do I get my email back to normal? I have used Malware Bytes and Spybot full scans (both free versions), and deleted all infected entries, but the problem occurs again. Now when I go to hotmail.com, a fake Hotmail page in Spanish or Portuguese comes up and asks me to type in my email address and what not. Please help. Thank you.

  Try having Hotmail help you. They should know what to do. *Log in to Hotmail - ideally with the account you have a question on, but any account will do. *Click on Help, in the upper right corner of the Hotmail page. *Click on View other Help suggestions or contact us near the bottom of the left hand side of the resulting page. *Select Other - Contact MSN Hotmail in the Category drop-down list. *Fill out the contact form.
