I have delated all of my facebook send massage but I forget there aaa got some of my improtent information

you can't find it unless someone that you wrote message is replying with your original message in it, facebook only send notification to your E-mail account if somebody send message to you in facebook, but you can try search in your Email inbox with the keyword "send you a message" then press Mail search button. Good luck.
