How can i stop breaking alerts? I can't find the "option" to stop receiving them. HELP!!?

Answer:
You didn't say where these alerts are coming from. If it's new mail alerts the go to and click Messenger, scroll to and click Preferences. Click Alerts & Sounds, then uncheck the boxes, click Apply and ok. Maybe you could add details.
