Why cant i forward my emails?

Why cant I forward on my emails. Ive tried everything it says and its been at least 4 days!!!?

Ok... Whenever I try to foward anything u block it and Ive tried everything it says to do to fix it it says after 48 hours it has been like 4 days or more. It doesnt matter if Im trying to send it to 1 person or 10 it still does that. U do that at least every week or two. Why... I dont have a ton of people on my email contacts and I dont send to everyone at the same time anyway. This is getting very anoying. Can you fix this?

A number of things you can try include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history.. You could also try an alternative browser.
