Yahoo mail spam issue?

Why do I have to keep telling Yahoo Mail these people are NOT SPAM - Over, and Over, and Over again??

• It is very frustrating! I use Outlook to download my mail. But I go to Yahoo Mail to check my spam folder occasionally. And every time I do, there are always emails for a lot of newsletters and stuff that I have already authorized as NOT spam before, every time I see them out there in fact. I've checked my filters for words too, that should not be an issue with these emails. But yet, what does NOT go to my spam folder is so much garbage trying to enlarge my penis (which I don't have) or my breasts (which are already too large) etc ad nauseum. How come these mails don't get filtered out to my spam folder?

  I feel your pain!! My inbox is always jammed with those dumb emails that SHOULD be going to my spam folder. I get ones for Penis tablets, enlargements, illegal prescription drugs, boob enlargement, and so on and so forth. Some of that junk goes to my spam folder, but others don't. I switched from the old email form to Yahoo! Beta, and that seems to not put a bunch of mail in my spam folder that's supposed to go to my inbox. The times it does happen, I just click on NOT SPAM, and it seems to remember the next time! I just wish it was more efficient as to placing those that should be spam in there! I guess nothing is 100% accurate though. :(
