How can I stop previos contacts from sending me emails on hotmail.com?

on hotmail, I have people that send me chain letters who I have had as contats but I deleted them but about tow of them still send me emails. emails that have been forwarded to all their contacts. so how can I stop them from sending me me them?

Answer:
I have Hotmail Live, so I will tell you how to do it using that. Hopefully, if you have the older version, the process will at least be similar. First, I click on "Options", then a list appears asking me what color scheme I want to change it to, but at the bottom of the list I can select "More Options", so I click on that. From there I find "Junk e-mail" and click on "Safe and Blocked Users". When I click on that, I am able to type the email address of people I don't want to receive emails from. Just type in their email address, and add them to the list!
