How to retrieve old recieved mail?

Can i somehow retrieve a mail which i accidentally deleted from my bulk mail folder in yahoo mail?

• an important mail somehow got received in my bulk folder in yahoo mail, and since i get so many junk mails, i just skim over the contents in my bulk mail folder and deleted them fast, i didnt notice the mail until i had already pressed delete. by then it was too late. now i dont see it in the trash folder either. is there any way i can retrieve that mail at all?? it was very important. actually, it was in reply to a job ad and i dont know where it was coming from (the email address of the sender, i mean). i just saw the subject "regarding your job application" at the last minute. after deleting it, i tried to press 'back' button and click on it again, but then got a message viewing error as it had already been deleted. i copied the URL of the message viewing error, if it can help me...can it??? what to do now??? help!

  She is correct. Once deleted from the Bulk or Spam folder it is gone forever. When you send applications, put the email address into you address book or contacts list. This will ensure a reply comes to your inbox.
