Answer:
What is the Bulk folder? When SpamGuard is on, messages that trip its "spam alarm" are automatically directed to the Bulk folder - which reduces the amount of spam you receive in your Inbox. Messages will be removed from your Bulk folder periodically. You may choose to delete messages from your Bulk folder after 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 week, or immediately. Messages in your Bulk folder do not count toward your mail storage quota. The Bulk folder doesn't generate spam, and you won't receive any additional mail as a result of this folder. The system only diverts from your Inbox incoming messages that appear to be spam. Why are messages I want occasionally directed to my Bulk folder? Yahoo! makes a concerted effort to deliver solicited commercial and personal email directly to your Inbox. If you believe that a message delivered to your Bulk folder is more appropriately delivered to your Inbox, please select the message(s) and click the "Not spam" button above your messages. This came directly from the Yahoo Mail/Yahoo Anti-Spam Resource Center. Maybe you can find more information there. Good Luck!

Hi Sujas, If you are the mail administrator / postmaster and your messages to Yahoo! Mail addresses are going to the Bulk folder, this indicates there may be a server misconfiguration. Depending on what kind of delivery failures and SMTP logs you get back from the Yahoo! MTA, you will want to send communications to Yahoo! Customer Care via the help page below: http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/defer/defer-03.html You'll just have to trust me on this. Please take some time to read the page and see if you are getting any errors in your server logs. If you don't have access to these logs, then you are probably not the mail administrator / postmaster. Check with whomever you are getting your mail and/or domain hosting from and have them check their logs. Good luck!
