Is there a way to retrieve deleted email from a yahoo account?

I accidently deleted an important email that I just received today and had not yet opened it yet I clicked on the check all and then hit spam and while it was processing to send to spam I seen an email that was very important I tried to refresh and go back and all my efforts have been worthless. Can someone please please help me?

Answer:
If you hit the spam button then it is gone and you can not get it back. If you want to unspam it so you can get email from that source again. Go to "Options" It is above your email Click on "Blocked Addresses" Click on the Address you want to remove block Click on "Remove Block" This should remove the block and allow it to start coming into your inbox. Hope this helps!!!

This can't be done. Once you deleted your email from your bulk folder, it's permanently gone from the server system and can never be retrieved at all.
