Anybody in the same boat ? Ads , ads , ads, non stop ?
-
I suffered from yahoo ads non - stop about 2 weeks ago. it calmed down when I lost that "totally irrelevant to me" TC badge. Got it back and am on level 7 now. Ads are coming back....... Do you experience this extreme annoyance ? Ads invading your whole page each time you click on a q/a.......only on this site though.............never else where. Should I sue Yahoo for spamming ? Yahoo............you are a f$$$$$$g pain for that !

Answer:
Isn't it ironic that yahoo is allowed to spam the hell out of our screens but if we "chat" then we get violation notices? Those mofos should be leading by example and all that crap. The ads haven't been as bad for me lately. Every few questions I'll get this pro plan cat ad but that's about it. What drives me nuts is that there isn't even an option to close the damn ad box. You have to refresh the page to get rid of it. Besides that, if I ever go to buy cat food and see that damn pro plan cat food I might just nut up and throw the bags through the grocery store windows. I would hold yahoo liable though for mental distress :) Seriously though, if people are annoyed by these ads do they honestly think that people will go out and buy them? They're having the opposite effect.....

The ads don't really bothers me, it's the constant freezing of my computer that really makes me mad!!! It only thus this when I'm answering questions...I think that somewhere along the line ( I don't think it's my computer that's doing that) somebody is trying to manipulate what I've been trying to type. It's even worse when I answer question coming from other countries (one of my contact from Turkey)...Political question of course... No bad question and answers at all, just the plain truth (tell it like it is type of deal)...Whatever is going on I think is totally insane..

Yes, every time I answer a Q there's always a line of ads on the right hand side of my screen:p I don't know if you can sue them, but if you report them, you may get their account deleted:-D Shouldn't Yahoo! be expected to follow their own rules as well?
