Answer:
I would recommend that before you send the information to Y/A, call them and speak to the, about this problem. Right now Face Book and Google have had to deal with stalker and other types of abuse. So they have become very sensitive to it. If you cant get them on the phone, send the all the copies of the incriminating materials so they can take some form of action. When you send the letter send it certified. indicating who signed for it's receipt. Lots of Luck and I hope we can get rid of this troll. Happy New Year

Block the person. And DO NOT RESPOND! It will only add fuel to the fire. Be careful if they are threatening. If it is not your main e mail account I would suggest you open a new one.

Fear not, young one. Howerver the person sending the emails is, indeed, Evil. I for one word, am EVIL! but i do not send threatening emails. For once, report the viscious one.

Copy and paste the emails into a letter to yahoo. Tell then how long it has been going on and the sorts of things he has said in other emails. they have the logs and will be able to check on every communication he has sent you. They will be able to trace his server and let him know that threatening, obscene or vicious communications are just not on. He can actually be banned from using all Yahoo services, even the email. In fact just telling the little creep you intend to do this may be enough to get him to pull his head in!! I have had these myself...but having a rather perverse sense of humor I created an "abuse" folder and collected them. I used to critique the poison pen emails as they came in...adding suggestions to those I felt were a little lacklustre.....and enclosing short experts from more imaginative threatening emails to demonstrate how the writer could be more effective in their future use of hate mail. That also seems to stop them in their tracks!! Some people just can't take a little constructive criticism I guess.

Report their butt. Pronto. Save everything they send you and include it in your report. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/abuse.html and here: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
